1. Catch rebound after the market sharply drop and get into the bottom area, while cannot catch rebound if the market never sharply drop; 2. Catch penny stock, never catch high-price stock; 3. Catch the falling stock with no volume, never catch the falling stock with continuous increase volume; 4. The price of ups and downs is usually determined by the strength of buyers and sellers, the price will rise when long strength is larger than short strength, while the price will drop when long strength is weaker than short strength. The key is that the long and the short will transfer mutually. The price will go down after the last buyer get in and the downtrend will end after the last seller sold out.

We can know that where is the support & resistance of Global Index through Golden Section, the key position is 0.191 & 0.382 & 0.5 & 0.618 and we also can see the blue signal appears by setting 0<RSI<20, there usually have bounce if the blue signal disappear. 量价背离+跌穿20日均线； 或MACD背离两次死叉+跌幅超过 5 %的阴线出现，任意两个条件满足，即进入谨慎持股阶 段。 Price and Volume deviation add fall below 20 day MA; or  MACD deviation and dead cross for two times add drop more  than 5% bearlish candlestick, if any two conditions are met,  that is to say, entering into the stage of carefully holding.

It means that the energy of long is stronger and stronger. The share price will go up sharply when the candlestick pattern appears along with increased volume, while the price will shock rise if the volume is irregular.

强势股的特征： 1、指数创新低，个股不创新低； 2、指数下跌，个股横摆或逆势而涨； 3、个股提前于指数见底。 The characteristic of strong shares: 1. The Index create a new low while individual share don't create a new low; 2. The Index go down while individual share is in sideways or go up; 3. The individual share reaches to the bottom ahead of Index.

Three Elements of Candlesticks: A. Bullish and Bearish candlesticks stand for overall trend; B. Body stands for internal energy; C. Shadow stands for turn.

Singapore's industrial sector posted weaker sales in Q2 2014, with only 354 caveats lodged for strata factories and warehouses, down 28.2 percent from the previous quarter and 63.3 percent down year-on-year, according to a Savills report. The report also noted that 60-year leasehold units sold more than twice the number of both freehold and 30-year leasehold units.  "This implies that there is g reater buying confidence in 60-year leasehold units as they are perceived to be more fairly priced," it said. In Q2, prices of 30-year leasehold upper-storey factory and warehouse units tracked by Savills fell 1.5 percent, while 60-year leasehold and freehold prices climbed 0.9 percent and 3.4 percent respectively. According to Savills, the current oversupply of 30-year leasehold units, which had negatively affected prices, is "exacerbated by the government's plan to release an average of around 5.4 million sq ft of multi-user factory space over the next three years."

Technical Knowledge: 穿头破脚 Engulfing Pattern 分为底部反转(Bottom Reversal)形态的穿头破脚( Bullish Engulfing)和顶部反转(Top Reversal)形态的穿头破脚(Bearish Engulfing)，底部反转为阳包阴，顶部反转为阴包阳。 It divides into Bullish Engulfing and Bearish Engulfing, Bullish Engulfing belongs to the Bottom Reversal pattern while Bearish Engulfing belongs to the Top Reversal pattern. There mush be a longer Bearish candlestick after a Bullish one in an uptrend to form a Bearish Engulfing and a longer Bullish candlestick after a Bearish one in a downtrend to form a Bullish Engulfing pattern.
