1、指数创新低，个股不创新低；
2、指数下跌，个股横摆或逆势而涨；
3、个股提前于指数见底。

1. The Index create a new low while individual share don't create a new low;
2. The Index go down while individual share is in sideways or go up;
3. The individual share reaches to the bottom ahead of Index.
